beer is allowed in moderation, 8 beers or less per

WE DO NOT KEEP ANY OF YOUR FISH
on the Benchmark. The only exception is in the event
of a tournament win / placing or fish sale,
the boat then retains 50%.
All Tuna caught aboard are to
be cut up at the dock and taken home by the customer.
Tournament entry and travel fees
are to be paid by charter and vary depending on the
tournament/event.
Tournament entry fees are refundable
if the tournament organizers permit it. Benchmark
Sportfishing charters, LLC. will not retain entry
fees that are returned but is not responsible for
fees not returned for any given tournament or event.
Contents of customer coolers will
be transferred to one of the boats coolers upon boarding
the Benchmark, no coolers will be allowed in cabin
or cockpit for everyones comfort.

any fishing trip due to inclement weather, or electrical, mechanical
failure. Deposits are non refundable, trip must be rescheduled.
