Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of our friends and valued customers.

The 2009 season has officially ended for the Benchmark and her crew but we are already looking forward to the upcoming 2010 season. It has been a roller coaster of a year with all the negativety of the bad economy and unemployment which of course lead to less charters, but we still had a lot of fun and experienced some great fishing this year with some great people. Many of which were return customers and alot of new ones which i was happy to see. Some notable catches were a 50+lb striper, 366lb tournament winning thresher shark and the phenomenal inshore Bluefin tuna fishing we experienced just to mention a few.

All that being said I encourage everyone interested in booking a charter for the 2010 season to do it as early as possible to get the date they want as our schedule for 2010 will be limited. All that book for the 2010 season by April 1st will receive 2009 prices on all trips booked.

A schedule for 2010 will be posted in early January containing available dates, location of the Benchmark and available tournament dates.
